Summary 

What is the Elixir of Life: so far out of our journey at Adult Pharma I have identified three key ingredients – with almost all the guru’s we follow. As you know, I am too on a health journey. I’m not a doctor – I’m not your GP. I’m not a pharmacist. To be honest, my biology grade in matric wasn’t anything to write home about. 

But, I was born with a good dose of self-discipline and self-control. I was also given something by the Creator called ‘common sense’, or logic. If you’re struggling with an illness, or diabetes, or high blood pressure – then it’s a sick cell or cells causing it, right? In Type II Diabetes, for example, that cell becomes insulin resistant! 

Out of the hundreds of videos we go through weekly in search of reliable information – or content for our visitors – you start to notice certain patterns. If you listen to 50 different doctors / dietitians / urologists on social media – among others on our topic today – HGH, or Human Growth Hormone – correlations start to form. 

What happened when you broke your arm when you were nine? A CAST for six weeks – the weakened arm was exercised after the cast was removed – and then it returned to normal up to today. It hasn’t broken again. It fully healed.

Intermittent fasting = more than 24 hours – leads to autophagy. Cell regeneration. Clear cells of debris. Remove dead, sick or broken cells. This is where logic must now kick in. So if I exercise daily + maintain good sleep habits + practice intermittent fasting = then I will 1) remove or ‘consume’ all my sick and dead cells, and 2) with HGH, I will produce more healthy cells. 
The main function of HGH is to determine your height. The amount of HGH in your body during puberty determines (and has determined) your vertical growth.

I am a Type II Diabetic. My HBA1C score has gone down from 10.6 to 5.5 over the past 24 months. Of the three medications I was put on, I’m now only on Metformin (Glucophage). If my score is under 6 in June 2025, I’ll stop my last diabetes medication. Then I’ll be PRE-diabetic. Can I go back to my previous lifestyle without this medication – definitely not! But more importantly, I allowed my body to heal itself.

Intermittent Fasting
